Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Supervisor to join our team at Screwfix in Hengrove, Bristol. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and Lead by Example: As a Retail Supervisor, you will be the team leader, hosting in-store and setting an example of excellence. You will understand customer needs, guide them to the right products, and make it easy for them.
  • Store Standards: You will ensure everything runs smoothly, from cash reconciliations to customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
  • Part of the Team: You will join a team that takes pride in their store, working together and having fun along the way.
Requirements
  • Experience: You are an experienced supervisor or duty manager with a proven track record of managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: You are great at giving amazing customer service and can translate that into sales.
  • Continuous Improvement: You are inquisitive, ever-questioning, and ever-improving.
  • Passion for the Business: You are passionate about our business and its values.
  • Team Player: You are friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and like to work hard.
