About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Bristol Airport. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the airport, including supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance.
