Interstate AC Service is a leading provider of facilities management services, seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee one of our high-profile accounts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Contract Manager to deliver total facilities management to our client for 4 sites across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Exploiting opportunities for strategic development of the contract to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
  • Developing strategies to improve customer service, profitability, and contract efficiency.
  • Ensuring the provision of healthy and safe working conditions.
  • Staffing the contract with fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Overseeing all matters relating to planned/preventative maintenance, remedial, reactive work, projects, and asset data management across the region/portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a TFM team across a multi-site property portfolio.
  • Manage a multimillion-pound client account.
  • People management experience.
  • Health & Safety Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.).
  • Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fabric (desirable).
  • Experience managing budgets/P&L accounts.
