Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical installation, refurbishment, and term maintenance projects within the west country and Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the mechanical refurbishment sector, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, procuring materials and sub-contractors, and ensuring financial control of projects to achieve profitable contracts while meeting the required standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple mechanical contracts and projects simultaneously
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Procure materials and sub-contractors as required
  • Manage project budgets and forecast costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Oversee engineers' workloads and provide guidance as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing mechanical contracts and projects
  • Technical background in commercial heating and engineering
