Data Coach Specialist

Baltic Apprenticeships seeks a Senior Data Coach to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including fantastic progression opportunities.
About the Role:The successful candidate will use their experience, industry knowledge, and understanding of our apprenticeship programs to provide outstanding personal and professional guidance to our apprentices.
- Support Level 3 and Level 4 learners in building their portfolio of evidence for end-point assessment.
- Manage a caseload of up to 42 learners through quarterly reviews, training days, and workshops.
- Facilitate technical workshops and micro-teaches throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
- Evaluate and maintain high-quality standards of our apprenticeship programs.
The ideal candidate has specific work experience in Data Analysis or a related qualification.
We offer a fun environment with exciting social events, full training, and ongoing support from our enablement team. Our benefits include a competitive salary (£40,000 - £45,000 per annum), early finish every Friday, and 25+ days annual leave (increasing to 30 days with length of service).
This role requires a DBS check and is based at Head Office: Pioneer House, Morton Park, Darlington (with the option to work in a hybrid model upon completion of probation).
