We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Aquarius Population Health. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading multiple projects across various topics and clients, while also having line management responsibilities for Analysts and Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead projects with the support of senior team members, ensuring successful delivery to time and budget.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, escalating issues as necessary.
- Develop and maintain high-quality work standards, supporting team members to achieve quality standards.
- Engage with clients to create new business opportunities, manage client expectations, and drive internal development.
- Develop and deliver training, engage in public speaking, and demonstrate strategic insight.
- Line manage Analysts/Consultants, supporting their professional development and encouraging project-led learning.
- PhD/MSc in Health Economics, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related quantitative/qualitative field.
- Previous post-graduate experience, with fluency in English (written/oral) essential.
- Extensive experience in health, healthcare, and medical decision problems, with strong numeracy skills and technical writing abilities.
- Experience in project management, research in commercial healthcare markets, and health economic evaluations.
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare system and data sources, with awareness of UK/International health policy.
- 25 days holiday.
