Conservation Fundraising Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our conservation efforts by promoting the importance of protecting wildlife in Essex. As a vibrant, engaging, and resilient individual, you will work at various venues and events across the region, encouraging others to make a monthly donation by direct debit to support their local Wildlife Trust.
The role involves working at pre-booked venues and events, sharing the benefits of supporting local Wildlife Trusts and the vital work they do to protect nature and wildlife in the community. You will have the chance to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, making this a great opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with others.
Key Responsibilities- Work at various venues and events across Essex, promoting the importance of protecting wildlife and encouraging others to make a monthly donation by direct debit.
- Engage with people from diverse backgrounds, sharing the benefits of supporting local Wildlife Trusts and the vital work they do to protect nature and wildlife in the community.
- Meet realistic targets and KPIs, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fantastic earning potential with uncapped commission, offering a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of £15.00 per hour.
- A permanent, part-time contract to fit around your busy lifestyle, with opportunities to work weekends and bank holidays when venue footfall is at its best.
- Full training and support from day one, including induction training at our head office and in the field.

- You must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car or van.
- You should be able to work regular weekend days and bank holidays, as these are peak times for sign-ups.
- You should be warm, friendly, and have excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English.
- You should enjoy working in the field and be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- You should love nature and want to help protect our precious wildlife and wild spaces for future generations.
With fantastic earning potential and a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of £15.00 per hour, you can earn a competitive income while contributing to our conservation efforts.
