As an Early Years Educator Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children. This position requires a Level 2 qualified educator with excellent understanding of EYFS and extensive knowledge of safeguarding. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring colleagues, developing engaging lesson plans, and ensuring compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding policies.

Key Requirements:
- Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
- Ability to coach and mentor colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
