Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Risk Officer to lead our risk management strategy and ensure the organisation's assets are safeguarded. This role is critical in developing and implementing risk management frameworks that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organisation's risk management strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, collaborating with senior management to integrate risk management into business decision-making processes.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, monitoring risk exposures and developing reporting mechanisms to communicate findings to the Board.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure the implementation of effective controls, ensuring the organisation's assets are protected.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in risk management within the finance industry.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and the Board.
