Role Overview

As a Housing Officer at Ingeus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals gain access to suitable accommodation, working closely with multiple partner agencies to achieve successful housing outcomes.

  • Sourcing and securing suitable housing options for service users
  • Collaborating with partner agencies to facilitate effective communication and joint working
  • Providing guidance and support to service users throughout the housing process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the Justice System and/or Criminal Psychology (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
