Senior Business Growth Manager

As a key member of the Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Distribution Market. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business leads through effective lead generation and CRM utilisation
- Reaching sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Strong sales experience in the Distribution/Logistics industry
· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
· A proven track record of sales success in a similar field
· Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Computer literacy
Salary up to £47K base, inclusive of car allowance, with uncapped commission (OTE £80k+)
