Job Overview

Brightwork Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical system issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Respond to operational engineering needs as directed by the Plant Manager to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform electrical system repairs and replacements as required.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
