We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting work that provides a multi-skilled maintenance service, covering electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out modifications and installations as required, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant to optimize reliability and maintainability.
  • Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.
  • Complete required paperwork, produce reports accurately, and on a timely basis.
  • Ensure own work and work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate up-to-date training, such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
  • Good knowledge of building statutory compliance.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
