Job Description Summary

Our Certification team and Senior DO254 engineers collaborate across multiple projects, both civil and military, providing an excellent opportunity for personal growth and development. We are seeking a skilled professional to join us in working on business-critical projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement product certification strategies and certification bases
  2. Lead compliance planning and determination of means of compliance
  3. Contribute to the creation of cohesive project plans
  4. Review development artefacts, where applicable
  5. Perform certification audit pre-assessments of internal projects and external suppliers
  6. Audit project/product artefacts and verification activities to assess compliance with the certification basis
  7. Support customer audits and regulatory authority audits
  8. Collaborate with Integrated Project Teams to resolve audit findings/actions/observations
  9. Participate in industry working groups
  10. Develop and implement training modules as necessary
Requirements
  1. Direct design experience/knowledge with ASIC, FPGA, CPLD technologies
  2. Experience working with regulatory compliance related to Advisory Circular 20-152 and RTCA/DO-254
  3. Experience of demonstrating compliance to certification regulations
Desired Characteristics
  1. Knowledge of ASIC design and fabrication (to include both the fabless and foundry aspects)
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills
  3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  4. Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  5. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
