About the Role

MB Associates, a leading mortgage broker, is seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join its team in Cheam, Surrey. As a key member of the office-based team, you will play a vital role in supporting the mortgage advisers and administrators in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to obtain essential information for mortgage applications, ensuring seamless communication and timely submission of documents.
  • Manage client expectations, coordinate with professional parties, and provide updates on the status of mortgage and life cover cases.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Review and verify documents received from clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Personal Qualities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Show initiative and work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve goals.
  • Exhibit a passion for delivering high-quality work, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Display excellent communication skills, with a calm and welcoming demeanor.

While prior experience in administration is beneficial, full training will be provided. Additional experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is an advantage.
