Based near Sutton Coldfield, but operating across the Midlands, our established client is expanding and is looking for a super organised and detailed **Mortgage Administrator** who enjoys working in compliance and understands the mortgage process well. Does that sound like you? Upon joining, you’ll become a pivotal member of the mortgage team, working in conjunction with the Mortgage Advisors to provide exceptional administration support and ease clients through the mortgage process, ensuring the journey is as smooth as possible.

**Duties include**:

- Obtain relevant documentation, ensuring all documents are present and correct before successfully undertaking compliance checks
- Update notes and documents on the CRM database to successfully keep all parties updated throughout the mortgage process
- Collaborate with insurers and clients to submit insurance policies
- Experienced Administrator with experience gained in compliance and the mortgage and protection sector
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and takes a methodical approach to every task
- Naturally organised with excellent communication skills, able to prioritise heavy workloads and confidently liaise at all levels
- A natural team player who enjoys collaborating and working as part of a close-knit team
- Literate in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel, and has a history of using CRM databases

**Hours and Benefits**
- Working Hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with an hour lunch
- Salary guide: Up to £25,000 including guaranteed £250.00 commission per month with potential to reach £500.00 per month in commission
- 20 days increasing to 25 days with length of service

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
