About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lepton Heights care home in Huddersfield. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing person-centred nursing care to adults living with complex mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for assessing, planning, and providing nursing care that promotes health and wellbeing. You will also be responsible for the safe administration of medication, managing situations when individuals display behaviours of concern, and promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect.
