At Bond and Retain Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Manager to oversee our homes in the London area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Home Managers looking to take on a challenging multi-site role within the senior team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing focus and support in key homes as directed, ensuring compliance to standards, reporting, and care delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to Home Managers in achieving quality and clinical governance objectives.
  • Assist with project completion, including budget performance, quality performance, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Contribute to effective marketing strategies by supporting marketing plans and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience in elderly, residential, and nursing care homes.
  • A registered nurse with a strong background in quality assurance and clinical governance.
  • Prior experience as a Quality Support Manager or Peripatetic Manager is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a Care Home with Good CQC ratings is essential.
  • Familiarity with quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
