HR Administrator Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our HR Shared Services team in Leicester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our HR Business Partners and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze HR reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • HRBP Support: Assist HR Business Partners with various tasks and projects, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Communication: Draft and send out professional communications to employees, maintaining a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior and entry-level administrators to manage HR tasks and projects, promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Backlog Management: Address and resolve any backlog issues to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • HR Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
