About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to utilize their skills in occupational health, working with clients to provide expert advice and support on workplace health issues. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for undertaking clinical activities, including vaccinations, phlebotomy, questionnaire screening, and medical assessments in relation to health surveillance and fitness-to-work medicals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting health surveillance and fitness-to-work medicals
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on workplace health issues
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Nursing qualification and active NMC registration
  • Demonstrable experience within occupational health departments
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality healthcare services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
