We're on the hunt for a talented Barista Maestro to join our team as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Store Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with our store teams, and contribute to the success of our stores. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading Shifts: Take charge of shifts, support your colleagues, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Driving Sales: Identify opportunities to maximize sales, and work with your team to achieve targets.
  • Training and Development: Train and accredit new Baristas, and help them develop their skills.
  • Store Operations: Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock maintenance, health & safety, and store marketing.
