About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on shifts to support colleagues in delivering unbeatable experiences
  • Maximize sales by making the most of people's talents
  • Train and accredit new Baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share the excitement with the team
  • Drive high standards every time, whether it's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores

What We're Looking For

A passion for coffee and people is just the start. We're looking for someone who is reliable, has team leadership experience, and is eager to take on shared responsibility. You'll also need to be willing to learn and be bold, brave, and action-orientated.
