Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of services, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Manage a team of 5 nurse service managers, with a total team of approximately 50 nurses.
- Develop and implement clinical operations plans that align with business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with administrative staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure effective communication.
- Oversee budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical care, healthcare management, and industry trends.
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Managerial experience as either charge nurse or nurse supervisor in a clinical setting.
- Further qualifications in nursing leadership, clinical specialities, or operations management.
This is a home-based role with travel to the Midlands for meetings monthly. A company car and fuel card will be provided. If you have the skills and experience required, please apply ONLINE and a member of the team will be in touch with you.
