About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our Enhanced Care Team at Humankind. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve and sustain recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and engage with individuals who require a more flexible approach to support, including outreach and home visits.
  • Manage a caseload of service users and provide holistic support to help them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide advice and guidance on care and treatment plans.
  • Exercise excellent communication and therapeutic skills when working with service users, carers, and other agencies.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for making a difference and a commitment to fair chances for all. You will have knowledge and understanding of interventions, including brief interventions, motivational interviewing, and psychosocial interventions. A full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
