An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Recovery Navigator to join our highly motivated and committed Intergrated Recovery team who support individuals with co-occuring mental health and substance use issues to make positive life choices and make a real difference to our clients, their families and the wider community including promoting engagement with mental health services.
