Job Summary

We're seeking a Till Operator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries
  • Confidently communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
  • Previous experience of cash handling is preferred, full training is provided
  • Manual handling, lifting weights of up to 15kg
