The Role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Till Operator to join our sales floor team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic numeracy and computer literacy skills
  • Manual handling and lifting weights up to 15kg
