Job Role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Till Operator to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a polite and professional manner.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of numeracy and computer literacy.
  • Work effectively within a team environment, using your own initiative to problem-solve and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to the development of the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience, delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cash handling is preferred, but full training is provided.
  • Manual handling, lifting weights of up to 15kg.
