**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers in technical sales, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, training field sales teams, and developing technical requirements for new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in technical sales and help identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Train field sales teams, including reps and distributors.
  • Develop technical requirements for new products, guide R&D, prepare documentation, and support customers.
  • Understand customer applications to identify new product features and performance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solving technical issues and providing high-level customer support and value through technical expertise in battery charging, system integration, power systems, and control systems.
  • Basic power electronics knowledge for both design and manufacturing, including AC/DC and DC/DC topologies, standard approaches used in analog and power supply circuit design.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 40% of the time during a typical workweek.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as SalesForce.
