**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer - Heavy Equipment Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Human Engineering. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients' heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in various construction and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to schedule and execute service activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and onsite personnel, ensuring proper operation and maintenance practices.
  • Accurately record service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering discipline.
  • Experience working with heavy equipment in a field service capacity.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems on heavy equipment.
  • Certifications or tickets related to site machinery maintenance (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
