About the Role

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our multi-award-winning team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and generating leads from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, and closing deals.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media to identify potential candidates.
  • Lead generation: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news and trends.
Requirements

We are looking for ambitious individuals with a minimum of 1-2 years B2B sales experience, a minimum 2:1 degree, excellent interpersonal skills, great organisational skills, a competitive nature, a sense of achievement, and an unrivalled work ethic.

No prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
