Key Responsibilities
  • Source, interview, and place top-tier educational professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.

  • Provide exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to share successes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Sales, Business Admin, Customer Service, or HR qualification.
  • Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Previous sales, business admin, customer service, HR, and recruitment experience.
  • Experience of the relevant market sector.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems.
  • Appropriate verbal and written communication skills.
  • ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills.
