We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Seeking out fresh business opportunities and growing the client portfolio through proactive networking and thorough market analysis.
- Account Management: Fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Creating and implementing strategies to attract top-tier talent using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial job briefing to the offer stage.
- Market Research and Insights: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market shifts, offering clients valuable insights on salary expectations, talent availability, and market conditions.
- Performance Management: Tracking and maintaining detailed records of client communications, recruitment activities, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant, operating in Legal, Finance, Financial Services, Tech or similar markets.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport establish credibility at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
