The Courtauld Institute of Art is a leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and conservation of paintings, with a rich cultural heritage and a global reputation.
We are embarking on a transformative journey to make our world-class artworks, research, and teaching more accessible to people in the UK and internationally.
We seek an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team and help drive our six strategic priorities.
In this role, you will work closely with managers across the organization to support the implementation of our strategy for retaining talent and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will also contribute to advancing our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Advice: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, wellbeing, and policy development.
- Managerial Support: Build strong relationships with managers to advance our strategic priorities and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Ethical Leadership: Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, promoting best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Process Innovation: Design and implement efficient processes and systems related to retention, wellbeing, reward, and promotion.
- Collaborative Working: Partner with the Head of People and your team to deliver our strategy and support the Courtauld community.
A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum awaits the successful candidate, dependent on experience.
