About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative products that align with our strategic goals. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of our key customer pain points to identify opportunities for new products
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and ensure our products are competitive
  • Develop and implement product development initiatives that align with our company objectives and strategy
  • Oversee the design and development of new products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all new products have an excellent learning and student experience
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful business case presentations of new product initiatives
  • Use insights to inform product development and positioning
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine products
  • Implement best practices in product development and project management
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to identify areas for improvement
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. You should have proven experience in product development or product management, strong project management skills, and experience of working in a matrix environment.
