School Assistant Role
">We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to fill the role of School Assistant at our SEN Secondary School in Baldock. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with class teachers and senior LSA's to provide high-quality support to students.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Assist class teachers and senior LSA's with preparing resources for students with specific learning needs.
- Deliver 1:1 support to students under the supervision of the class teacher.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience
">The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths and relevant experience working in a similar capacity. They will also be familiar with safeguarding policies and procedures.
">Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this position is £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
