**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting students with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with Senior Learning Support Assistants and Teachers to prepare resources that meet the individual learning objectives of assigned students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Learning Support Assistants and Teachers:
  • Prepare resources for skills-based learning to support students with special needs.
  • Provide 1:1 support under the supervision of the class Teacher to ensure each student receives the necessary support.
  • Ongoing support is required to maintain a safe learning environment by adhering to Safeguarding policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must possess a genuine desire to work with children within the education sector.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths.

A strong understanding of SEN best practices is essential for delivering high-quality support to our students.
