Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a Customer Service Team Lead position in a leading Retail Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a function from the ground up, including designing and implementing new processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer services, with strong leadership and team building skills. A financial services background, particularly in Retail Banking, is highly desirable.

This is a key role that will play a significant part in driving customer satisfaction and meeting SLA's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new processes and procedures
  • Lead a team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet SLA's

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in customer services with strong leadership skills
  • Financial services background and ideally Retail Banking experience
  • Experience of working within a small business previously will be advantageous

Estimated Salary: £32,500 - £33,000 per annum
