Innovation Researcher

Oxford Biomedica's Process Development team is comprised of experienced scientists and engineers with extensive expertise in upstream and downstream development, and analytical testing. The team takes processes from the laboratory scale and applies process expertise and engineering fundamentals for delivery to Manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include carrying out multiple laboratory-based assays (such as ELISAs, plate-based assays, cell-based assays, nucleic acid extractions, and qPCR) each week, and completing data processing and reporting for these assays per the schedule.
Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the writing, revision, and review of SOPs and technical reports.
Requirements include a minimum BSc degree, a postgraduate degree, and/or relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate OXB's core values of responsible, responsive, resilience, and respect to deliver high-quality analytical assays in a timely manner.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
