Influencer Marketing Coordinator

The Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that align with our clients' goals and drive engagement. This includes creating concepts for campaigns, collaborating with regional teams, and executing campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create concepts for influencer campaigns in collaboration with the creative and social teams.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content and activity briefs are shared.
- Execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, including negotiations on budgets and deliverables.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including payment terms and deliverables.
- Create campaign-level reports to assess performance for influencer activity.
- Build on the favourable reputation of the brand to ensure a strong, transparent, and collaborative relationship with content creators and agencies.
Requirements:
- Pro-active and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared results.
- Established relationships with content creators and agencies.
- Experience working cross-market a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging influencer content and commercial experience working within an influencer marketing role. Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently, this role requires an umbrella company due to IR35 implications. The position is ongoing, with a guaranteed 5 days per week, and offers a competitive rate of £170-£200 per day, paid weekly.
