We are a dynamic and forward-thinking agency that specializes in connecting brands with top talent. Our team is passionate about creating authentic relationships between brands and influencers, and we're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage relationships with celebrities and influencers to secure bookings for events, campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Negotiate paid campaigns with agents and ensure seamless execution.
  • Profile and match talent to brand briefs, showcasing expertise in talent lead events and VIP guestlist management.
  • Collaborate with photographers on shoots and at events, ensuring high-quality content.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PR and marketing strategies to effectively promote brand-influencer partnerships.
  • Produce round-up reports and case studies using Canva or similar tools, highlighting campaign successes.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and back-end data analysis to inform talent acquisition decisions.
  • Attend events, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless execution and brand representation.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with celebrities and/or influencers.
  • Proven track record of negotiating paid campaigns with agents.
  • Strong understanding of talent lead events and VIP guestlist management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Office Applications and able to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively.
