The Role

We're seeking a skilled Pricing Modelling Analyst to join our Retail Pricing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building, innovating, and productionising predictive models used in our proprietary Retail Pricing suite. Your work will have a direct impact on prices, customer experience, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain predictive models using Python and its data science ecosystem.
  2. Work closely with the Senior Pricing Analyst to implement changes to price selection logic based on trading performance.
  3. Collaborate with the Retail Pricing team, Technical Pricing team, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Marketing Experts to provide actionable insights and improve commercial trading performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an analyst in Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, Travel, or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • High-quality numerate degree (Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.).
  • Understanding of statistics and machine learning best practices.
  • Competent in Python and its data science ecosystem for data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical modelling.
  • Excellent data manipulation and reporting skills using SQL and MS Excel.
