We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Banking & Finance Paralegal to join our team at a renowned City law firm. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performing team that values strong culture, collaboration, and development.

The firm boasts an impressive track record, with many of its paralegals successfully securing Training Contracts. As a Banking & Finance Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparation and collation of conditions precedent documentation, producing revised drafts of finance documents, and reviewing company searches.

To excel in this role, you should ideally have experience in a previous Banking or Finance Paralegal role, a minimum of a 2:1 LLB, and familiarity with standard WP, database and research software, and typical office IT systems.
