Banking & Finance Paralegal

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the esteemed Banking and Finance team of EJ Legal. The Banking Paralegal will be offered a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Associates and Partners within the Banking and Finance team to deliver high-quality results
  • Assist on various corporate finance transactions, including recapitalisations and IPOs
  • Manage virtual data rooms and support deals by drafting documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc company secretarial duties, such as liaising with regulatory bodies

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 3 months of experience in Corporate or Finance
  • A desire to expand on transactional experience
  • Exposure to a fast-paced environment in a top law firm

Salary and Benefits
The Paralegal will be offered a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. EJ Legal offers a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
