Role Responsibilities

As a Banking & Finance Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and collating conditions precedent documentation.
  • Producing revised drafts of finance documents.
  • Reviewing company searches and completing company search review forms.
  • Supporting the team on complex transactions with document management and process coordination.
Desired Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a Banking or Finance Paralegal role.
  • A minimum of a 2:1 LLB.
  • Familiarity with standard WP, database, and research software.
