About the Role

The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for leading a team and managing the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to evaluation.

This is a key role within our company, Wynne Consulting, where you will contribute towards creating and implementing sales development plans, developing sales tools, and managing product structure on our database.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product margins and sales revenue.
  • Manage product quality issues and collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality.
  • Assist with stock planning and customer returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Support Engineer with a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a team player attitude.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset, team player, strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration.
