About this Role

Gleeds is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oxford. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in cost and procurement management processes, including the preparation of order of cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a high-quality service and deliverables
  • Assist Cost Managers in the accurate and timely delivery of services
  • Prepare order of cost estimates and option studies
  • Assist in the preparation of cost plans, cost-in-use studies, and tender documentation
  • Manage the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes
  • Evaluate and report on tenders, and prepare final accounts

About You

We are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has graduated or will graduate before August 2025, has the right to live and work in the UK, and possesses excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need to have good ICT skills and be able to work as part of a team.
