**Job Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fan Engagement Solution Specialist at Monterosa, with remote work flexibility. The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day work helping customers and prospects shape fan engagement strategies to achieve business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Consult with customers and prospects to develop interactive solutions that drive business results

• Provide technical advice and guidance on platform implementation and optimization

• Conduct platform demos and create compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities

**Requirements**

• Experience creating products or experiences that engage audiences in the entertainment world

• Applied technical knowledge of cloud applications, apps, SDKs, and analytics

• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with remote work flexibility and willingness to travel for events and customer visits
