Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Dagenham, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
About the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
The successful candidate will also conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, train and mentor sales staff, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
