About the Role:

The Banking Support Specialist will be responsible for providing quality banking services to customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and handling transactions. They will work closely with customers face-to-face and over the phone, using their excellent communication skills to provide a consultative banking approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolves customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Handles customer transactions, posts transactions, and verifies cash
  • Cross-sells bank products and services to meet customer needs
  • Maintains accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
